Mr. Canel entered the oil industry in 1975 in Calgary with Chevron. He joined the Elf Aquitaine Group in 1978 and served in various managerial positions of its Oil & Gas subsidiaries in Norway, South America, Africa, and the Middle East. He joined Maurel & Prom in 2002 on special business development and finance projects and was appointed CFO in 2006, then CEO of the subsidiaries in Colombia and Head of Operations for Latin America (Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil and Peru) from 2007 to 2013. Since late 2013, Mr. Canel is Maurel & Prom's Country Manager for the Group in Canada with exploration and production projects in Quebec and Alberta.

Mr. Doug Foster

Chairman/Director, Corridor Resources

Mr. Foster is a partner of Bennett Jones LLP in the corporate/commercial department and has extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, and corporate debt and equity financings in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Foster holds a BBA (1979) and an LLB (1981) from the University of New Brunswick and an LLM in corporate law from New York University.

Mr. Myron Tétreault

Executive Chairman of the Board, Pétrolia

Myron Tétreault has been chair of Calafate Holdings Ltd., a private investment management and venture capital company, since 1999. He also serves as lead director of PHX Energy Services Fund, a TSX-listed directional and horizontal drilling company. Between 1999 and April 2003, he was president and CEO of Octane Energy Services Ltd., an oil development services company listed on the Exchange. He was general counsel and corporate secretary of Phoenix Technology Income Fund (and its predecessors) from 1997 to 2007. Mr. Tétreault is one of the founders of Total Energy Services and served as general counsel and secretary general of the company between November 1996 and July 2000. He obtained his bachelor of laws degree (with distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan in 1992 and his bachelor of business administration degree (cum laude) from the University of Ottawa in 1988. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and was a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization for 10 years.

Anticosti Hydrocarbons committees

Anticosti Hydrocarbons L.P. has established four committees to ensure the success of ongoing operations in the technical, economic, environmental and social areas. Each committee is made up of an equal number of representatives from each partner, and is chaired by a delegate from Pétrolia.
